By downloading or using the DailyCare application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

IMPORTANT: DAILYCARE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE. DO NOT USE THIS APP AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

1. Use of the Service

DailyCare is a monitoring tool designed to facilitate communication and safety awareness within families. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Medical Disclaimer

DailyCare provides information based on data retrieved from your mobile device and manual inputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. In case of an emergency, always call local emergency services (e.g., 911, 112) immediately. The app’s «Slide to Call» feature is a shortcut to a personal contact and should not be relied upon as a primary emergency system.

3. Family Connections and Privacy

The app allows users to connect with family members (Caregivers). By accepting a connection request, you grant that person access to your health data, medication history, and location status. You are solely responsible for ensuring you connect only with individuals you trust.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

DailyCare offers Premium features via a subscription plan managed through RevenueCat and billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your phone’s Account Settings.

5. User Responsibilities

To ensure the service works as intended, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active internet connection.
  • Ensuring the app has the necessary permissions (Notifications, Health Data).
  • Keeping your mobile device charged and functional.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app or us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyCare and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to health incidents, data loss, or communication failures.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
